‘Final Fantasy XV’ and ‘Kingdom Hearts 3’ missing from Jump Festa lineup

Square Enix have detailed their software lineup for Jump Festa 2014 and a couple of big upcoming releases are notably missing. According to a report on Dec. 4 by Polygon.com, Square Enix will have nine titles on display at Jump Festa later this month. Those hoping to see Kingdom Hearts 3 or Final Fantasy XV will have to wait a while longer.

The publisher announced that they will have playable demos available of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix, Dragon Warrior Monsters 2, and Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call.

There will also be new trailers and footage released of the previously mentioned games along with new footage from Final Fantasy 6 for iOS, Bravely Default: For the Sequel, and Dragon Quest X: Version 2.

Notably missing from the lineup are Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV. Here's the full list of Square Enix software planned for Jump Festa:

  • Dragon Quest X: Version 2 (Wii, Wii U, and PC) – Trailer
  • Bravely Default: For the Sequel (3DS) – Trailer
  • Final Fantasy 10/10-2 HD Remaster (PS3, PS Vita) – Demo and trailer
  • Dragon Warrior Monsters 2 (3DS) - Demo and trailer
  • Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call (3DS) - Demo and trailer
  • Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix (PS3) - Demo and trailer
  • Dragon Quest 8: Journey of the Cursed King (iOS, Android) - Demo and trailer
  • Final Fantasy 6 (iOS, Android) – Trailer
  • Gyrozetter (arcade) - Tournament

Jump Festa 2014 runs from Dec. 21-22.
