‘Final Fantasy XIV’ now available on Steam

With a PS4 release of April 14 and cross-platform play, “Final Fantasy XIV” is looking to please almost any gamer. On Tuesday, the MMORPG made its debut on Steam. Additionally, for a limited time, it is half off.

Those looking to become a hero of Eorzea can buy “Final Fantasy XIV” from Steam for just $14.99. The price is normally $29.99. For new PC accounts, the price comes with a free month of subscription time. A North American Square Enix is required to login and play the game. The sale will end on Feb. 25.

Gamers looking forward to the console version should check out the PS4 now. The beta is open to all PS4 owners. Keep in mind that PS4 players, PS3 players, and PC players will all play on the same servers. In fact, as long as a player as purchased a client for each platform, and a valid subscription is active for the platform, the same characters can be played on any platform.
