After waiting for an official confirmation on how many discs Final Fantasy XIII for the Xbox 360 will be, retailers have revealed how many the game will entail. While looking at Final Fantasy XIII information on GameFly, they detail the game as a three disc game.
Previously, it was speculated that the game would be around 3-4 discs, but that was solely based on how much a DVD could hold and the total space the game took up on the PS3 Blu-ray disc. With the game now spanning three discs for the Xbox 360, the real question that remains is how Square Enix will package the game. Will they stack the discs or will they put two discs in the game case and one in a sleeve? With the release date set for March 9th, we'll soon find out.
Below, we have the latest Final Fantasy XIII Xbox 360 screens.

Awesome DAY 1 can't wait.
Just that those screenshots are PS3 o.O
The last game out on BluRay was MAG, which currently holds a 68 score, MAG was on one BluRay disk.
The last game out on multiple DVDs was Mass Effect 2, which currently holds a 97 average.
So I guess, BluRay makes a huge difference to games? Haha. Give me a break fruitcakes.
@Examined That's 2 completely different games, a new ip and a much loved franchise. This is 1 game on 2 platforms people will tend to go with the ps3 version if they have the option as the quality is there.
ask mommy if she can spare some cash, and perhaps buy you a superior machine.
Oh no not 3 discs,
however will i achieve playing that? oh god my arms are painted on and can not lift out a disc to insert a new one....
god sony fan boys can be pathetic at times,
it works full circle though, except strangely for wii fanboys, they seem contempt with everything
@examiner
mass effect on dvd for xbox also for pc, mag sure is on bluray, but also is Heavy Rain at seems to be going on a 90 something average soon :). As in FF13 already clarified has less quality than the ps3 version, so heres a fruitcake lol.
3 discs was pretty much a given. No way Square is gonna go more than 3 and pay extra royalties to Microsoft for extra discs. Of course the quality of the game on blu-ray is better, particularly for the audio, cutscenes and textures as many reports confirm.
comedy dude.... am I getting to you, getting to you?
you're still furtarded in my book.
yep, i can already see the difference in graphics
Got something to say?
