RPG fans wait anxiously as Final Fantasy XIII draws closer, bringing with it new features such as the Paradigm system Kotaku has highlighted in this video. Departing from the norm of levels and experience points, the Final Fantasy franchise's new title will focus on the "Crystalium System" that is fueled by Crystal Points gained in the stead of experience. This new system in this way is shades of Final Fantasy X moreso than the more traditional titles.
In order to hype the game even more, Microsoft has somewhat unveiled a new incentive program that calls for fans to use Twitter as a viral promotion for the upcoming game. At this site the user can register for a prize code that will be sent in December; the prize itself is to be unveiled once the "Tweet Progress" bar is filled. While it's unsure whether the prize can be enjoyed before the March 9th North American release of FFXIII, this marketing strategy is sure to get people Tweeting.
