Squeenix has released a collection with an absurdly long name for you MMO fans out there. The Final Fantasy XI: Ultimate Collection Abyssea Edition will include the original FF XI along with all four expansion packs. It includes the on-battle areas introduced in 2010: "Vision of Abyssea," "Scars of Abyssea," and "Heroes of Abyssea." The pack also feastures the item Destrier Beret which gives new players special bonuses along with a new piece of clothing. All of this for a low price of $19.99. If this sounds like something that tickles your pickel, you can pick it up here.
Most of the locals that I've talked to say that this game was fun when it came out. They are quite befuddled as to why Squeenix would make FF XIV which they say is a carbon copy of FF XI; just with better graphics. The debacle that is FF XIV is what led Squeenix to lose so much money in 2010. Squeenix intends to make up for this by creating five new IP's. Hopefully, those new IP's will be RPG's because Mindjack was simply terrible. They need to stop doing shooter games.
