Open to the public July 12th, 2014, the new Denver Union Station is abuzz with activity in lower downtown. Larimer Associates carefully selected the partners for Denver Union Station to further the area’s commitment to locally-driven excellence in the historic footprint of Union Station.

Included in the line-up are Tattered Cover Bookstore, Milkbox Ice Creamery, Eatmore Burgers & Brats, Pigtrain Coffee, The Cooper Lounge, The Terminal Bar, Bloom flower shop and Fresh Exchange restaurant.

“We are thrilled to introduce this carefully curated collection of outlets because they represent some of Colorado’s most innovative small business leaders,” said Pat McHenry, Leasing and Acquisition Partner at Larimer Associates. “Everyone is excited to create distinct new versions of their well-established businesses inside this iconic Denver building.”

Amongst previously declared establishments such as Mercantile Dining & Provision by Chef Alex Seidel, Stoic & Genuine Fish by Chef Jennifer Jasinski, Snooze, and the Kitchen Next Door, the new Denver Union Station will also be home to boutique hotel The Crawford Hotel, the namesake of local legend Dana Crawford. Exciting times for the Denver market, the new retail, hotel and RTD hub continue the development of the Mile High City. More information on the project can be found at
