  • 50 around the world (25 clockwise and 25 counter-clockwise)
  • 50 alternating kettlebell swings
  • 50 kettlebell squat thrusters
  • 50 kettlebell sit-ups
  • 50 kettlebell crunches
  • 50 bicycles (count every rep)
  • 50 leg raises
  • 50 reverse crunches
  • 50 v-up crunches
  • 50 hip lifts
  • 50 oblique twists (count every rep)
