From a traditional pie to an Eastern European Babka, Chef Dobra Bielinski has baked many treats that everyone at the table will enjoy.

For those unfamiliar, Babka is a spongy, brioche-like yeast cake made mainly in Eastern Europe. It is traditionally baked for Easter Sunday in Poland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Albania, and for the major holidays (Christmas, Easter, New Year, Pentecost) in Romania. Traditionally it does not have any filling, and is glazed with a vanilla- or chocolate-flavored icing and decorated with almonds or candied fruit, sometimes with rum added. Another version of babka is associated with the Eastern European Jewish tradition. This babka is made from a doubled and twisted length of yeast dough and is typically baked in a high loaf pan. Instead of a fruit filling the dough contains cinnamon or chocolate. The babka is usually topped with streusel.

Rhubarb Strawberry Pie: Delicious Michigan rhubarb tossed with strawberries and topped with cinnamon streusel.

Rhubarb Meringue: A sweet and tart concoction for those that love the marriage of rhubarb and meringue this is your pie.

Apple Caramel Pie: 2.5 pounds of Michigan apples tossed with our house made caramel.

Banana Cream Pie: Bananas topped w/ a delicious vanilla bean custard, topped w/ mounds of whipped cream and white chocolate shavings.

Chocolate Cream Pie: Chocolate pastry cream made w/ chocolate, topped w/ whipped cream & dark chocolate shavings.

Key Lime Pie: 10" deep dish pie. Made w/ Joe and Nellie's Key Lime Juice. Serves 14-16 people.

Chocolate Coconut Pie: Gluten FREE pie with coconut shell and filled w/ ganache.
