FIGO Pasta is hosting a gluten-free meal Wednesday, December 21st from 6:30pm - 8:00pm at their Westside location. Guests get to sample their new gluten-free meatballs and other selections from their gluten-free menu. If you are one of the first 40 to register between now and Tuesday, you get a free ticket and the meal is on them!
Seating for this event is limited, but you can reserve up to two tickets, one for you, another for a friend. You must have a ticket to receive a free meal, but you can bring additional guests if they would like to order from the regular menu. The free meal is: an appetizer, gluten-free pasta with your choice of sauce and two gluten-free meatballs.
FIGO debuted their gluten-free meatball back in November, which is a variation of their Nonna Maria meatball. It is made with rice flour and rice rather than bread and it includes a combination of ground beef sirloin, carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, parmesan cheese and a blend of herbs and spices. Each meatball is mixed by hand, rolled into a 2-ounce round and then baked.
This Examiner has dined at FIGO many times and loves their gluten-free pasta (corn), their 18 sauce options and the enormous portion sizes (enough for two meals) at very reasonable prices. Their gluten-free meatballs are huge and they contain very little filler. They are very hearty and they have a nice balance of vegetables and spices. The meatballs hold their shape, they do not crumble or fall apart when being eaten, and they are moist and tender.
Remember, this event takes place only at: Osteria del FIGO, 1210 Howell Mill Rd. NW Atlanta, GA 30318 404-351-3700.
Hurry and reserve your free ticket today!
