Do the winter blues have you down? It certainly has been colder than usual in Houston this December, 2013 but Saint Arnold Brewing is prepared to lift your spirits and warm your soul this coming weekend. Here is some background information:
Event: Saint Arnold Pub Crawl
Location: Rice Village
Date and Time: Saturday, December 14, 2013 starting at 2 p.m.
Yes, it is time for another Saint Arnold pub crawl, this time in Rice Village and everyone age 21 and up is invited. The crawl will include a total of 6 stops and will utilize the now familiar “Open House” schedule. You know the drill: Stop at any one of the first five establishments in any order you choose to get your ticket signed and then meet at the final stop to collect your reward. The first five stopping points on the crawl are:
- The Ginger Man
- Baker Street Pub and Grill
- Little Woodrow’s
- Buffalo Wild Wings
- 35 Bar and Restaurant
The final stop on the pub crawl:
- Brian O’Neill’s
The first five stops can be visited in any order you wish, but tickets will be handed out during the first hour only. Thus, it is important that you start the crawl between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. at any one of the first five establishments.
At 6 p.m., pub crawlers will meet at the final stop, Brian O’Neill’s. The prize for completing the crawl will be a commemorative Pub Crawl pint glass. Designated drivers are welcome as well and are also eligible for the pint glass award.
Colder temperatures can be a downer, but a pub crawl is one quick and simple solution to an otherwise dreary day. Head over to Rice Village this Saturday and crawl your way to some of the city’s finest taverns. Saint Arnold beer and a special Pub Crawl pint glass await, so call the sitter and make your plans today.
