Fifth-graders murder plot: Two fifth-grade boys arrested for school murder plot (Video)

Fifth-graders murder plot discovered. According to an article at Vibe, two fifth-grader boys were charged after their murder plot was found out by another young boy.

The report, which was posted earlier today, says the two fifth-graders from a elementary school in Colville, Washington are being held on $100,000 bond each due to the nature of their crimes. Authorities allege the two boys, ages ten and eleven, conspired to kill several classmates with a gun and knife they had brought to school with them. The pair will likely be charged in juvenile court with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, as well as possession of a firearm, and witness tampering.

According to Stevens County Prosecutor, Tim Rasmussen, the fifth-graders murder plot was found out and "interrupted by the bravery of a fourth grader who saw something and said something ... and interrupted a murder."

The School District's superintendent, Michael Cashion, also spoke about the incident.

"We've been told that the boys had a plan to kill an ex-girlfriend ... and harm other students," Cashion said. "There was no list, but names were given to the police."

Not to take away from the seriousness of their crimes, but aren't ten and eleven year old's a bit young to have "ex-girlfriends" already?

What do you think about these two fifth-graders murder plot? Do you think, considering they brought weapons to school, the pair would have followed through with their plot to murder a number of students?
