The Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) will be hosting the 3rd Annual “Festival of Chocolate” from January 19th until January 21st, 2013 from 9am until 6pm.
This annual event is the largest All-Chocolate themed event in the State of Florida. Chocolate Samples will include desserts along with unique items such as salad dressing and even chocolate BBQ sauce.
This event is for visitors of all ages and there are a lot of events for families. Visitors will learn about the health factors and science of chocolate as well as the history of chocolate and how it became one of America’s favorite foods. Kids will also have the chance to explore chocolate in their own way. Children will have their very own exhibit where they can play and create their own unique chocolate masterpiece.
“The Festival of Chocolate” also has many additional events as well. There will be a “Chocolate and Wine” class for adults 21 and under. For just an additional $10 per adult, guests will have the opportunity to learn more about chocolate and wine and how they can come together as a great snack.
There are also several other classes available for just $20 per guest, classes will include “Chocolate Flower Making” and “Creating the Perfect Chocolate Truffle”. These classes are available on all three days of the event.
There will also be many Chocolate themed competitions as well as other chocolate type entertainment.
The “Festival of Chocolate” is included in the MOSI admission price. Admission prices for MOSI are:

Seniors (60+): $19.95
Children (2-12): $17.95
