The Festival Bay Mall at International Drive is a popular shopping destination conveniently located off Exit 75A on I-4 and in close proximity to many major attractions. The mall is ripe with a variety of specialty shops, but has a lot more to offer with its variety of entertainment and dining options.
Festival Bay Mall's anchor shops include Bass Pro Shops, Sheplers Western Wear and Ron Jon Surf Shop, which has a "beachside" entrance complete with a sand-textured walkway and a replica of a 1934 Ford Woody.
The mall also has a movie theater, Cinemark at Festival Bay, a 20-screen theater showing many first-run hits. Next door is the Universal Orlando Store, which sells merchandise from the theme park. The Universal Store is currently selling selected merchandise for 30 to 50 percent off, an offer scheduled to last until July 31.
Right across from Sheplers is Vans Skatepark, a large skateboarding complex which features a 25,000-square-foot indoor course, 15,000-square-foot outdoor course and 8,000-square-foot warm-up course. It also contains a shop that sells Vans skateboards, footwear and apparel.
There are also two children's entertainment complexes within the mall, a glow-in-the-dark arcade and miniature golf at Putting Edge Fun Center and a giant inflatable play center at Monkey Joe's.
The waterfront serves as the location for the sit-down dining options: Bergamo's Italian Restaurant, Fuddruckers and Cricketers Arms English Pub & Grill. Other restaurants within the property include Villa Pizza Cucina, Asian Café and Subway.
Located on 5250 International Drive in Orlando, the Festival Bay Mall is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The mall will be open on July 4 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The Festival Bay Mall is located just five minutes away from the Mall at Millenia, which you can read more about in my feature about Orlando malls.
