As a parent, you always want to put your children's safety first. On Saturday, ABC News shared that an accident was caused by a child taking their crutches on the ride. This accident was because a teenager took their crutches on the Ferris wheel. It is believed that this ended up causing one of the other cabs to tip and it ended up making two children fall 15 feet to the ground.

A 16-year-old girl didn't realize that she was doing anything wrong when she took her crutches on the ride with her. It is believed that these crutches got lodged in a strange way and made the cab tip. Of course it was an accident, but it is something that could be prevented.

As a parent, if your child has crutches have them leave them off the ride and at the bottom. Do not let them take them on a Ferris wheel. Also if you see someone taking them on the ride, ask them to leave them at the bottom. This is one way that you can help keep your child safe when on a fair ride. These things can be a bit scary and it is best to protect your children.
