Ferrell ejects Shaq has folks scratching their heads. According to a Feb. 13 Inquisitr report, Will Ferrell, wearing an official red NBA security guard jacket, escorted Shaq out of an ongoing Lakers’ basketball game and into the locker room.
The comedian reportedly got the former NBA star out of his seat, put his hands behind his back and slowly walked him off the court. Speculation has ranged from Ferrell playing a television prank to shooting a movie.
According to The Ball Don’t Lie, Ferrell and Shaq devised a plan to exit the game early to escape the dull Lakers-Suns game. USA Today claims Ferrell’s tag read “Ted Vagina,” prompting speculation that Ferrell is filming a movie in which he plays a security guard.
One thing Ferrell fans know for sure is that the “Anchorman 2” movie is on and the legend of Ron Burgundy will continue. Former “Saturday Night Live” alum Kristen Wiig just joined the cast that already includes Paul Rudd and Christina Applegate, among others.
