Female rapper Lilah had an opportunity to do a radio interview GRLZ Radio.Org which is an all girls radio station in Boston. During her interview she talked about her upcoming projects and her new album, and what we can expect to hear from her in the next few months. Her new single "I'm So Fly" is currently being played on TOUCH 106.1 FM and can be heard on Fridays and Saturdays between 6 p.m.- 10 p. m. You can also purchase her single online at Itunes, Zune, and Reverbnation.com.
Lilah had the opportunity to hang out with The Bold "B.E.A.utiful Show" Team which consists of a group of very talented young females ranging from ages 12 and 18 years of age. GRLZ Radio.Org is a very unique program that was founded in 2003 by a group of girls who were tired of being stereotyped by boys that always had negative things to say. These young ladies wanted to make a difference in the communities and they did.
GRLZ Radio.Org uses media and communication as a very powerful tool to promote positive messages and statements. You can tune into GRLZ Radio.Org on Mon-Thurs: 3:30-7 PM. On Fridays: 3-6 PM they discuss Team Building, Training and Community Service Projects. They also have listeners in 43 states and 50 countries around the world. The Program Director Bernadette Reid and Training Coordinator Jaala Davis, and Track Kelley OutReach Coordinator are all doing a great job in managing the program.
