FEMA control soon? 'OneBadge' Project Autumn Blend (video)

Human Right to Private Life - The right to privacy is the right to individual autonomy that is violated when states interfere with, penalise or prohibit actions which essentially only concern the individual. The right to privacy encompasses the right to protection of a person’s intimacy, identity, name, gender, honour, dignity, appearance, feelings and sexual orientation and extends to the home, the family and correspondence.

Are We Getting Closer to FEMA Control?

While the Obama Administration has recommended that Bush era cyber-security strategy becomes more "evolved," Global News Wire announced the Mid-October testing of Autumn Blend, an interoperable credentialing system facilitating an electronic identity authentication infrastructure for "government and industry personnel" at the hands of Northrop Grumman and FEMA.

The new documentary, Enemy of the State: Camp FEMA Part 2 - Implementation, addresses the cyber-security issue.  Research for the film uncovered that Obama and his administration would like to see the current Bush program "evolve and become part of an even bigger national cyber-security strategy."  (See trailer below)

Quoting the film:

"Obama has tried to assure Americans that the government will not monitor private sector networks" yet this new demonstration by FEMA and Northrop Grumman says participants of the Autumn Blend project were from the federal, state, local and private sectors.  Just how much control will FEMA have, and will it exclude volunteers in communities that want to lend a helping hand, unless their identities are "authenticated" using an Autumn Blend-type Model?

While CNN, Southern Poverty Law Center and other mainstream news outlets would have the public believe nothing is wrong with this, and those concerned about this are "conspiracy theorists," the new Lewis/Franchi films points out that the department in charge of the government side of cyber-security, US-CERT, is not strictly a government agency, but rather a "public-private partnership, like the Federal Reserve." 

According to their own information, Northrop Grumman is "a leading global security company" providing services to "government and commercial customers worldwide." 

In a recent prepared statement, Northrop Grumman highlighted:

"Northrop Grumman's corporate-wide personal identity verification credential, called OneBadge, was the use case for this demonstration scenario. It effectively incorporated the requirements of all levels of government to electronically validate identity, designate roles, authorizations and privileges (called attributes), and securely transmit information back to the government identity management system," Leckenby added. "Autumn Blend was considered a success and will have important implications for a broad range of future emergency response situations."

So, how much about information about the "private sector" will Northrop Grumman, or similar companies, be allowed to have?

Enemy of the State guest Ernest Hancock is pretty clear when he says, "We are suffering the exact amount of tyranny that we are allowing" and "the only way that we are really going to be free is when we evolve past the need and emotional dependence on any government."
