Senator Diane Feinstein has introduced legislation for a new and more stringent version of the failed 1994 Assault Weapons Ban but has chosen to remain silent on the growing scandal regarding NBC's David Gregory knowingly violating the strict DC gun ban by brandishing a large capacity magazine on the December 23rd episode of "Meet the Press".
Despite her ardor for proposing ever more restrictive gun laws, Senator Feinstein chose to remain silent when asked for a statement on the recent scandal over NBC commentator David Gregory's illegal possession of a "large capacity feeding device" commonly known as a magazine. Gregory's action was done in open defiance of existing gun laws and in spite of being explicitly advised by the District's police department that it would be a violation of the law.
Shouldn't existing laws be enforced on willful violators before citizens are subjected to increased restrictions, much less, outright bans?
Senator Feinstein wants to impose ever stricter laws on the general public but doesn't want the existing laws enforced against her Liberal cronies?
That's social justice in America?
