Feet: Simple way to heal corns

We all love tips to make our life just a little bit more manageable. As your Dallas Household Tips Examiner I search for tips for myself and pass them along to my readers.

Are you struggling with a painful corn? Before you head off to your Podiatrist, this little trick may be worth a try.

You can beautify you feet and rid yourself of that painful corn with just one lemon! One of the gentlest and safest ways to remove that corn is with a lemon peel.

Before going to bed, put some warm water in a tub, add a few spoonfuls of baking soda and soak your feet. When you are finished, dry your feet and place the inside of a lemon peel right against the corn, secure it with a bandage and head for bed; the essential oil in the lemon peel is supposed to gently soften the corn overnight. In the morning you can remove the peel and carefully buff away the dead skin with a pumice stone.

Sure worth a try before spending the extra money at the doctor’s office!
