Then head to your local Costco head held high and determined. What's that you say? What about the membership? Well true you need to be a member. If you are not already a member, go with a friend or co-worker who is already a member. Once in the door be prepared to let your stomach's rumblings disappear. This is as long as you are there between 12 and 2 pm. Right around lunchtime.

No the groceries they sell are not free but the samples are. The idea is to basically stop and sample at just about every sample station. The samples are meant to bring attention to particular products they sell. But because you are not obligated to buy you can try all they have to offer guilt free. The strategy is to walk in a way that ensures coverage at all major sample stations. Walk up, say hello an do not be afraid to ask questions about what they offer. It is especially a great easy way to shop with your kids and expose them to foods that they may not normally eat. On any day there may be pizza, crackers and dip, dessert, nachos, yogurt, cheese snack, cold cuts, naan toast, bean stew, smoothies, etc. The list goes on and on.

Now be sure to tell the person working the samples thanks because it is simply courtesy. Oh and do not forget to buy some delicous, fat-free frozen yogurt on the way out for $1.30. It is large enough to share with a friend. So if you went with a friend, show them how much you care for and appreciate them.
