Feds raid Amish farm over ‘fresh’ milk (seriously)

Even though the country is broke, Iran is building nukes, terrorists still want to kill us and Europe is melting down before our eyes;  it’s good to know our government has its priorities straight and is focused on the real threat – fresh milk!   After a coordinated sting operation and a two year court battle the FDA has won its fight to take down Daniel Allgyer, an Amish farmer from central PA who was selling unpasteurized (called ‘fresh’) milk to consumers who preferred it over the pasteurized version.

Here is the deal:  Mr. Allgyer bottled unpasteurized milk and sold it over the internet to consumers who wanted to purchase unpasteurized milk.  Lucky for all of us the Feds discovered this operation as it was clearly represented an existential threat to our nation.  Utilizing a ‘straw purchase’ sting and a predawn “visit” to the man’s farm, the Feds were able to collect enough evidence to prosecute the man and shut him down.  Thank god for that because clearly this guy was some kind of up and coming Bin Laden.

I am so happy our government is there to protect us from all the evil fresh milk that is ruining the country, sinking our currency and destroying our moral fiber.  Next thing you know this “Mr. Allgyer” (if that his even his real name)  will be proving military grade weapons to Mexican drug cartels to use in the murder of U.S. civilians and law enforcement officers… oh wait, that was our Justice Department .
