Feds offer $10,000 reward for the capture of Antoine D. Burroughs : Updated

UPDATE: On Thursday September 4, 2014 Burroughs was arrested without incident by The FBI, in conjunction with the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Fugitive Task Force, arrested Antoine Burroughs in the Bronx. Burroughs, who was indicted in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, on March 13, 2014, is charged with murder, robbery conspiracy, attempted robbery, and brandishing and discharging a firearm.

According to an unsealed indictment on March 18, 2014 and other federal court documents: Antoine D. Burroughs and his accomplice Leon Whitfield, attempted to rob someone named Bartolomeo Antomiello at his home.

Burroughs and Whitfield were targeting the cash profits of Antoniello's pizza shop, the son of Antoniello's attempted to protect his father and during that struggle ended up shot in the head, he died as a result of his injuries.

Burroughs is charged with one count of robbery conspiracy and one count of attempted robbery which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison each; one count of discharging a firearm, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison and mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison; and one count of murder which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison or death. The accomplice Leon Whitefield was arrested by FBI agents on March 18, 2014.

Currently Burroughs aka Butter or Youngblood is considered armed and dangerous is 25 years of age, is 6'1 in height, weighs about 180 to 190 and has a distinct mole on his right cheek. His last known location is in the Harlem and Bronx area.
