Feds going to jail for confiscating firearms?

Vice President Joe Biden promises gun control laws will be passed by the end of January and President Barack Obama has threatened to make another executive order if he has to. The Supreme Court just ruled an executive order can clarify or define current laws but cannot create new ones. That means the White House is posturing because, for the most part, this still has to go through Congress and this helps Senator Dianne Feinstein's restrictive bill sweep through legislation at the earliest possible date, January 22nd.

Oklahoma, like many other states, has addressed the notion of an executive order bypassing congress but no one has said anything as loudly about the end game strategy facing each state like Wyoming. Wyoming is threatening to fine any federal agent that confiscates a firearm or ammunition and possibly punish them with jail time. Texas has been on the right track for awhile, trying to allow concealed handguns on campuses and truth be told I think it's a better idea than banning guns altogether. IF Cain would have had a gun and used it to kill Abel the moral of the first murder in the Bible would not have changed.

An intelligent person will look at both sides of a coin before calling head or tails. Massachusetts has some of the strictest laws in the nation but we all see how someone hell bent on murder will still find a way. Go to one of the most lenient states, Texas, where a break up spurned an individual to go crazy at a movie theater in San Antonio, and you'll find that one concealed handgun (and a well placed shot) kept anyone from being killed. Call me old fashioned but I miss the days when media covered the stories about real life heroes we have instead of the scum bags who get their ideas from TV.

Here's my two cents, guns are like German virgins, they're supposed to be locked up gudentight. Every firearm I've ever purchased came with a FREE gun lock. If someone proposed stricter fines and mandatory jail time for parents who are too lazy to lock their weapons up and 'unknowingly' let someone gain access to their gun(s), I'd support that. Lets get more mental health awareness, more police in our schools, but do not support a frenzied lynch mob that is purely out for blood, without any regard for justice.
