Typically, February is the month for lovers, but in Greater Columbus, Cupid may have dropped the bow in favor of a tickle feather. Maybe it is time you took that special someone to laugh until they cry with the many great comedians coming to town next month.
The Blue Collar Comedy Tour
Might you be a redneck? Do you have your sign? Are you smarter than a fifth grader? Get ready Columbus. One of the most successful comedy tours of all time is on the road again and hitting the Capitol City on Friday, February 5th at 8 pm. Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall and Larry the Cable Guy bring their unique brand of comedy to Nationwide Arena and promise to send their fans home in stitches.
Laughs at the Palace
The machine gun smart humor of Lewis Black invades the Palace Theater on Thursday, February 11th at 8p. The veteran comedian mixes political and current event topics with a hilarious hostility of frustration that many of us can relate to.
On Friday, February 26th Brian Regan takes the stage at the Palace Theater to deliver his sometimes self deprecating but always enlightening comedy. Brian delivers laughs with very little “blue” content, so this may be a good choice for the first date.
Mr. Gaffigan plays a double header on Saturday, February the 27th at the Ohio Theater, bringing his hilarious observational style of comedy to Columbus. Gaffigan is an exceptional comic that will have you laughing at some of the simplest of life’s everyday fodder.
The Funny Bone
The Funny Bone always brings a delightful mix of national comedians and local comics on the rise. In February, Dom Irrera stays for a special engagement from the 19th through the 21st.
