On February 6, Albuquerque’s Hooligans, in conjunction with Speck Revelation, presents Mobile Deathcamp, Suspended, Regicide, Method Blank, and Unleash the Baboon. This 21+ show is scheduled from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Formed in 2008, Ohio’s Mobile Deathcamp play speed/thrash metal. The band’s latest full-length studio CD is titled Clear and Present Anger.

The Queens of Thrash Metal, Suspended have certainly given New Mexico a nosebleed. The trio comprised of bassist/vocalist Melynda Montano, guitarist Amanda Castillo, and drummer Channing Concho have been executing their aggressive thrash attack since 2003, while they were still in high school. The band’s debut album is titled Prelude to Indignance.

Hailing from Las Cruces, Regicide consist of four guys with one cause: To bring their brand of unique thrash metal to the world. They combine several thrash styles into what they like to call The New Wave of American Thrash Metal.

Rio Rancho’s Method Blank play what they like to call “panty-dropping dance metal for the masses.” The band is currently preparing to record its debut EP.

Albuquerque’s Unleash the Baboon play a combination of brutal death metal and grindcore. They are currently hard at work on their debut full-length studio CD.

One of Albuquerque’s coolest music venues, Hooligans has it all, from full-liquor service (40 brands of beer on tap) to a wicked stage with an 8,000-watt PA. Hooligans is located at 9800 Montgomery NE. Get specifics by calling 505-296-1023.
