Chocolate and Wine Weekend – Friday through Sunday, February 8th through 10th at participating wineries on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Sample chocolates or foods prepared with chocolate plus wines from over 30 wineries. Tickets for the event, co-sponsored by Lindt USA Chocolates, are $35 and available at www.senecalakewine.com.
Be Mine with Wine – Friday through Sunday, February 8th through 10th at participating wineries on the Niagara Wine Trail. Tickets ($30 in advance, $35 at the door) are good for three wine samples and a chocolate sample at each winery – find out more at www.niagarawinetrail.org.
Cheese and Wine Lovers Weekend – Saturday and Sunday, February 9th and 10th at participating wineries on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Each winery features dishes made with cheese, often locally-produced. Tickets are $18, and designated driver tickets are $13 – visit www.keukawinetrail.com for more information and tickets.
Mardi Gras – Saturday and Sunday, February 9th and 10th at participating wineries on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Visitors receive beads at each winery, and every ticket includes a commemorative wine glass, food and wine pairings at each winery and recipe cards. Wine and Chocolate Weekend – Friday through Sunday, February 15th through 17th at participating wineries in Lake Erie Wine Country (formerly the Chautauqua Lake Erie Wine Trail). Sample chocolate and wine pairings at each winery and receive a booklet of recipes for all that you sample.
