Formed in 1977, Brazil’s (but based in Phoenix, Arizona) Soulfly play groove metal with facets of nu-metal and thrash metal. The band is led by Max Cavalera, who once fronted the mighty Sepultura. Soulfly’s latest full-length studio CD is titled Enslaved.
