Saturday February 20th, 2010 is the day to bring your dog to the Bloomington Obedience Training Club (BOTC), which is offering two tests: the American Kennel Club's official Canine Good Citizen (CGC) evaluation and the Therapy Dog International, Inc, (TDI) evaluation.

The CGC evaluation has a $20 fee and you and your dog must pass 10 different testing stations to earn this title. For more information, visit www.botcmn.org/CGC%200210.pdf.

Although no formal classes are required to take the TDI test, Barb offers a two-session class to help you prepare for the TDI, Inc. evaluation. Sessions are from 7-8:30pm on 2/12/10 and 1/19/10.

These events take place at the Bloomington Obedience Training Club (BOTC) at 8127 Pleasant Ave. S. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and CGC testing is from 9-10am followed by TDI evaluations at 10:00 am, after the CGC tests are completed.
