How do you overcome the fear of change? Many people choose to fight it and/or attempt to ignore. Why, because most are set in their ways and they are not open to new possibilities. Fear freezes them into a routine, and many times, it isn’t even one that is liked but familiarity is soothing.
Fear causes most people to focus on what can go wrong instead of the prospect of what can go right. Yes, things can and do go wrong but each time an attempt is made to embrace a change, growth is accomplished.
What’s for sure? Around each corner, lurks more change. Change is inevitable. As sure as each breath you take, each moment, your life is changing; sometimes in big ways and sometimes with little impact.
