Anything that sounds too good to be true is too good to be true. People know this, but hope springs eternal. The FDA has provided a video on health fraud scams and a list of tainted supplements. It is important to recognize the real, natural supplements that were actually the first and only medicines used before synthetic drugs came along. Know the supplier and know discuss taking supplements with a family physician.
There are no current medical miracle fat burners. It is doubtful there ever will be, but there are steps that can be taken that are painless, harmless and effective when practiced regularly.

- Drink six OS. of dark grape or blackberry wine with lunch and dinner. The body needs resveratrol to work with vitamin D3 to eliminate waste from the body. If not wine, then dark grape or blackberry juice will help. The fermentation of the wine helps keep the digestion system working properly.
- Consider taking a supplement of resveratrol. This is present in certain juices and wines.
- Do something for 15 minutes each day that gets the heart pumping. Dance to a favorite oldie or pull weeds from the garden.
