FCC denies application against permits regarding WABD-FM, WMEZ-FM, and WXBM-FM

On Tuesday, June 10th, the Federal Communications Commission (the FCC) released a letter about their decision to deny an application filed on behalf of ADX Communications in Pensacola, Florida (southeast of Mobile) back in February 2013 that was against their decision to grant the application filed on behalf of the Educational Media Foundation to have their broadcast license for the radio station currently known as WABD-FM (97.5; licensed to Mobile; previously known as WLVM-FM and WABB-FM) reassigned to Cumulus Media and against their decision to grant the application filed on behalf of Pamal Broadcasting to have their broadcast licenses for WMEZ-FM (94.1; licensed to Pensacola) and WXBM-FM (102.7; licensed to Milton, Florida, northeast of Pensacola) reassigned to Cumulus Media also.
