“On August 23, 2013, at approximately 4:07 p.m., the subject robbed the Bank of the Hills-Comerica at 1015 Sidney Baker South in Kerrville, Texas,” a San Antonio FBI field office alert states. “On the same day, at approximately 4:24 p.m., BBVA Compass Bank at 1425 Sidney Baker North was also robbed.”
A heavy built white male, about six foot high, and appearing to be in his thirties wore a green and white polo-type shirt, khaki shorts, a red cap and sunglasses during the first robbery.
“During the second robbery, the robber wore a blue T-shirt, blue shorts, a red cap, and sunglasses,” the FBI alert indicated. “The robber took an undisclosed amount of cash from the clerks at both banks and fled on foot.”
The Kerrville Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU) and San Antonio FBI are jointly investigating both bank robberies.
