Chuck Glenn after just one season is out as head football coach at Fayette Ware and has been replaced by Randy Griffith.

"A change has been made," Fayette Ware Principal Walter Owens said.

"Coach Glenn and I have a philosophical difference and therefore we mutually agreed on different paths."

"We have hired coach Griffith as the new football coach."

Griffith coached recently at Macon Road Baptist, a small Baptist school in Memphis.

Attempts to contact Glenn for this story were unsuccessful.

Fayette Ware currently has the longest losing streak in the state at 59 games.

The last win for Fayette Ware was in 2007 when they beat Cheatham County in the first round of the Class 3A playoffs.

Glenn was an assistant coach at Fayette Ware during that time under current KIPP Academy head coach Tim Thompson.

Currently there are open jobs at Morristown East and Dresden.
