Jon Favreau, Roberto Orci, Seth Green and Michael Dougherty have collaborated their skills to bring “Secret Cabinet” to ABC.
The White House drama pilot that grasps the idea behind our government’s cover-ups of strange occurrences and conspiracy theory truths. A newly elected president and his “secret cabinet,” filled with America’s genius minds, investigate and protect our nation from the strange, unexplainable happenings.
Orci, Green and Dougherty will write and executive produce the television movie. Favreau will write and will be in the director’s chair for the drama.
Favreau and Orci are together again after their adaptation of “Cowboys & Aliens.” Orci’s co-writer and co-producer, Alex Kurtzman will also be executive producer on the project. Heather Kadin (“Exit Strategy”) and Matt Senreich (“Robot Chicken”) will join the crew.
Dougherty penned “Superman Returns” and “X2.” Green was behind “Robot Chicken.”
So far, no word on the pilot date. Updates will be added as they are released.
