Fat Tuesday is here! Laissez Le Bon Temps Rouler! Or, let the good times roll down at Gumbo YaYa's on Beach Boulevard. Cold beer, Pat O'Brien's Hurricanes, live music, hot food and LOTS of beads!! Just bring yourself for a Mardi Gras celebration under the tents!!
Chef Eric Wingerter is back by popular demand to help Robert and Lauren Alley, owners of Gumbo YaYa's, bring you a Fat Tuesday that will make you fat and happy!!
Outside under the tents, Chef Eric will be serving:

Red Beans & Rice – Red beans slow cooked with Cajun Smoked sausage and Grandma’s roux over rice -
Jambalaya – Seasoned rice with Cajun sausage and a whole lotta other stuff -
The Famous New Orleans Muffuletta -
and, a special Shrimp Boil with sausage, potatoes and corn
It will all be special, because Eric puts a little “love” into every dish he makes!
The food and festivities start at 4 p.m. and live music starts at six and runs unti ten. Come on out and Laissez Le Bon Temps Rouler!
