Fat burning pills that work

An axiom is something that's universally true.  This is close -- a fat person would rather be thin.

So what's the problem?  How come a trip to the mall is like visiting a fat zoo?

Look. I know some fat people are out of control and need psychological help.  And others have physical problems that make them fat.  None of this applies to them.

Beauty comes from within ... no it doesn't !

Does your inner beauty make you feel proud of your fat belly hanging over your waistband?  Doubt it.

Today fat people are the majority, but that hasn't made it cool or beautiful.

The best thing about the fat epidemic is fit people are admired because everybody knows they look more like humans are supposed to look.  So it's an ego reward for going through the effort of taking care of yourself.

Being fit isn't the solution to all your problems, but it's better than being fat.

Remaining fit or fat takes effort

It's easier to be fit, all you do is work out a couple hours per week and eat food that's good for you.

A fat person spends all week feeling crummy and struggling just to make it through the day.

Remaining fat positions you somewhere between being lazy and being suicidal.  At best it's an indicator that you make irresponsible choices.

My main issue with fat people is I think it says you're not very bright if you just let yourself fall apart, because ultimately it's going to make you sick.  It just doesn't make sense to not do all you can to fix yourself.

No energy?  No excuse

A fat out-of-shape person might say they have no energy to exercise. It's often true, and can require desperate measures.

There are supplements that can boost your energy so you can become active and start burning fat.

These supplements are stimulants that  work on the central nervous system, which is not something to mess around with.  These are only for short term use, and then only if your health care team signs off on them.

Speed versus OTC stimulants

I don't know if doctors still prescribe speed (amphetamines).  But some fat people might be able to use them instead of OTC stimulants.  I'd prefer the latter.

It's not possible to become fit just by using a stimulant.  No matter what you take you still have to get moving and eat sanely.

Don't use OTCs as party drugs or to get the energy to make it through the day without having to change your bad habits.

The things I'm going to tell you about might burn some fat by jacking up your metabolism, but that will be minor and short-lived.  You still have to move and eat like a human instead of a garbage disposal.

It's going to take some space to explain these without sounding like I'm a drug pusher.  The information is on my website.
