A resident of Brampton, Ontario who lives near Pearson International Airport in Toronto, spotted a fast moving sphere-shaped object on June 21, 2014 at approximately 9:30 p.m. According to a Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) report, the witness was looking out a window and could hear an airplane in the area. A “bright light” was then noticed. At first, the witness thought it might be a plane or satellite but noted that the object was “way too high” to make the sound that was heard. The plane making the noise was then spotted.
The witness added that planes from the airport were often seen at varying altitudes but the sphere-shaped object was not one of them. The witness wanted to film the object and rushed to get a phone.
“By this time it had traveled to the front of my place which faces south.”
The witness had only about two minutes to capture it on film.
Also on June 21 between 10 and 10:30 p.m., a Burlington resident was outside scanning the skies in a southwesterly direction when a strange round object was seen moving from the northwest to the southwest. According to a UFO Info report, the object was bright but had “no blinking lights” like a plane would have. The witness thought it might be the space station and watched it move across the sky at “a consistent low speed but it looked like it was fading.” He then realized that it was “moving away and up, and not across.” It then faded and disappeared completely.
A third sighting during the day of June 21 took place over Toronto between 7:30 and 7:50 p.m. According to a UFO Info report, five “bright stationary lights” were seen in a southwesterly direction from a bedroom window. The witness had seen “a couple of planes,” as well as birds fly over.
“Then I saw a formation of three lights that caught my eyes due to the sunlight bouncing off of them. My initial response was that they were 3 birds that were flying in formation very high in the sky.”
The witness turned away from the window and then back again. It was then that the lights were seen again but “more westerly than their previous position. The 3 initial lights were together and then I saw a faint 4th light, and then a 5th light that was higher than the 4 lights.” All of the lights appeared to be stationary.
The witness add that what was seen was “not birds nor planes” and “definitely not stars…” When turning away and back again, the lights were nowhere to be seen.
“I have never experienced anything like this before,” the witness noted.
