When two-time Oscar nominee Djimon Hounsou decided to visit Venice Beach, CA, over the weekend, he did so with his fashionable son, Kenzo.

The lean and muscular model-turned-actor posted on his official Facebook page several images of four-year-old Kenzo, who donned a mohawk-style safety helmet. The series of photos was headlined by a self-explanatory title: “Kenzo skateboarding lesson.”

Within a few hours, many of Hounsou's near-69,000 Facebook disciples responded to the digital postcard-type treat.

“Too cute and so is Kenzo,” replied Kim Scott, a follower who resides in Washington, D.C.

“What a wonderful father,” responded Tati Kim, a fan that lives in San Diego.

“Kenzo is going to be very tall and handsome,” wrote Florida resident Cynthia Collins.

Collins' prediction just might be right on target.

Hounsou's total height is documented at 6 feet, 2 inches. Kenzo's mother, former fashion model Kimora Lee Simmons, stands at 6 feet. So in all likelihood, physically-active Kenzo is marked genetically to develop into a man of more than average stature.

This is not the first time Hounsou has showcased his adorable offspring. On February 7, in a parade of smile-worthy photos, the 49-year-old gave his supporters a glimpse at Kenzo's venture into the sport of soccer.

Hounsou is best known for the memorable roles he played in such major motion pictures as “Amistad,” “Gladiator,” “In America” and “Blood Diamond.”

Hounsou's next major project, “Fast & Furious 7,” is slated for a 2015 release.
