Think fast food is great, think about this. An average, healthy adult should be eating around 2,000 calories a day, 20 grams of saturated fat and 1,500 milligrams of sodium.
One Big Mac from McDonald's contains 550 calories, 10 grams of saturated fat and 970 milligrams of sodium.
Add a large order of fries and you add another 500 calories, 3.5 grams of saturated fat and 350 milligrams of sodium.
A Big Mac and large fries WITHOUT a drink, nearly has enough calories, saturated fat and sodium for an average adult in one serving for an entire day.
And, think for a moment that one McDonald's hamburger has around 50 questionable chemical additives that enhance shelf life, color, taste and texture. Crap!
Watch 'Super Size Me' and see what happens to a guy that eats nothing but McDonald's. Count how many times he vomits! LISTEN to how the doctor describes his liver after eating the McDonald's diet!
It's absolutely nauseating!
Avoid fast food at all costs. If you must, read the nutrition statements and pick healthier choices.
