A jump rope is an inexpensive and effective piece of cardio equipment. Try this Heart Jump:

2 minutes Both feet jumping rope
1 minute March in place, twirl rope in figure-8 pattern
2 minutes Alternate feet
1 minute March in place while holding rope across the body moving arms in an up and down movement slowly

2 minutes Both feet jumping rope
30 seconds Alternate feet
30 seconds Both feet
1 minute March in place
