The cast and crew of Fast and Furious 7 will resume production soon. They will return to work in Atlanta, Ga on April 1.
Production was halted in November following the death of Paul Walker. He died in a car accident in California at a charity event. The film was half finished at the time of Paul's death. Producers took time out to determine how to finish the film without Paul.
Per the Epoch Times Atlanta city residents and businesses in the downtown area have been informed of the shooting days and times. Access Atlanta posted the notice says “FF7 Productions LLC will be filming scenes for the feature film ‘Fast & Furious 7′ in this area. The work will include automotive stunts, simulated combat, and special effects (explosions and simulated munitions fire). Our permit application includes the following lane and street closures, as well as a noise variance, as decibel levels will intermittently rise above ambient levels to as high as 120dB.” The notice also details specific dates, times and locations.
It's been reported Paul's character will retire, but no word how this will be done. The release date for Fast and Furious 7 is April 2015.
