In anticipation of the upcoming design competition Fashion Uncorked, Mezlan Shoes in Phipps Plaza is hosting a Kick Off party from 6-8pm on January 10. Well-heeled fashionistas can win giveaways, enjoy cupcakes provided by Snazzy Cupcakes and mingle with the 10 designers chosen for the runway portion of the show.
The designers are competing for a chance to particpate in L.A. Fashion Week including round trip airfare, a two night stay in a luxury hotel and to be featured in Kontrol Magazine. Each designer submitted sketches inspired by the jewelry collection of Lady Lucia and Enjeanious. The contestants completed a women’s day, evening and kids look to be presented before a panel of judges. The event takes place at America's Mart or The Apparel Mart, 15th Floor250 Spring Street, Atlanta, GA on February 9th at 6pm. Fashion Uncorked includes a wine reception, silent auction and live entertainment.
