This past week, we said goodbye to 2012 and a fashionable hello to 2013. Stars like Fergie were in full party mode and opted for the pre-requisite metal and shine while others like Zoe Saldana went a little more demure in darker tones like olive green. With the new year came a pop of color. Kerry Washington stepped out of the box in a multi color and multi print Peter Pilotto number while Helen Mirren sizzled in a red Escada number in Palm Springs.
