CFDA Fashion Incubator Brands Prepped for LA Market Week

LA Market Week will welcome 10 CFDA Fashion Incubator Brands as apart of a road tour to the west coast. Ten brands will be showcasing during a four-day trip to LA, including Band of Outsiders--who will provide a studio tour, Diane von Furstenberg who will provide a themed private studio tour, and jewelry designer Irene Neuwirth who will participate in a brunch. Sponsered by CFDA and W Hotels, Los Angeles makes the third stop for the Fashion Incubator Brands road show, the previous two stops were Atlanta and Dallas.

Karl Lagerfeld Set to Launch New Fragrance Line

Karl Lagerfeld will be debuting a brand new men's and women's fragrance line later this month. The designer will be launching a new fragrance for men and women which will debut in Harrods on March 9th and nationwide on March 24th according to reports. Mums the word on the exact name for the fragrance or its liner notes until the big reveal. However, Lagerfeld did hint of what to expect, "I believe that perfume should be something highly sensual." he noted.

Sephora Will Launch One-Time Use Nail Polish Pads

Beauty giant Sephora has announced plans to launch a one-time use nail polish pad. The nail polish pad is set to include over 200 shades for one time use retailing for $39. The "Formula X " one time use nail polish pads will be available at sephora.com in late April and in Sephora store in early May. The concept of the service is to experiment with new shades allowing customers to preview "Formula X" shades before committing to purchasing a full sized bottle.
