Old Flame, a retro lifestyle brand specializing in high quality all American made t-shirts, is hoping to introduce a new generation to classic and authentic matchbook art thought to have been lost forever, from the 1940's, 1950's and 1960's.
Paul Devitt, the man behind Old Flame, scoured countless flea markets, auctions, thrift stores and estate sales in search of the most classic and original matchbook art to feature on the new line of Old Flame t-shirts.
Devitt knows a thing or two about quality vintage treasures and has spent a lifetime studying and collecting objects from the past. From purchasing and reopening several stainless steel diners to retrofitting a fifties pharmacy into a bar in NYC. Devitt is also the owner of Beauty Bar, a retro salon-styled cocktail lounge with outposts in six cities across the U.S.
The t-shirts retail for $30 and can be purchased at oldflamegoods.com.
