What would it be like to have a famous fashion designer, design your wedding dress?
Mattel's Barbie, combined with the inspiring "dressmaking" hands of famous fashion designers, like  New York's Carolina Hererra, Badgely Mischka or Vera Wang, have given New York doll collectors and even fashion admirers a front seat on the runway of beautifully made, Barbies, in wedding day bliss.

New York doll collectors have a chance to add these extraordinary works of collective doll art, to their doll memorabilia; as there is an array of Barbies, poised in full dresses with delicate petticoats, trains with intricate details of beads and rhinestones. Embroidery of crystal beads and threads accented on the gowns as if icicles were starting to form. And then there are the bouquets with a bounty of colors that are soft, subtle and laid gently in the hands of Barbie; Flowers are either worked into the design of the dress and/or in her hair. Beautiful.

There are quite a few Barbies with designer wedding dresses to choose from. Whether it's a full flowing gown of satin in the color of snow, or a lacy long flowing fitted gown in an antique pearl, New York doll collectors and fashion admirers will enjoy the look of Barbie, as each fashion designer add their signature style and finesse.
