Now Veronica Webb is helping women develop their individual style with her debut apparel collection, Royalton by Veronica Webb.
Just in time for New York Fashion Week, I was granted the opportunity to chat with the style icon about her brand new line.

Q: As a legendary supermodel, you have had the opportunity to work with renowned
designers such as Karl Lagerfeld and Isaac Mizrahi. What have you learned
from your early experience that you attribute to your success as a designer
today?
A: That quality and fit made in daring and beautiful colors are at the heart
of of a great wardrobe.
Q: You've stated that your designs on OpenSky are made to "make every woman
feel beautiful", but what is the inspiration behind the collection?
A: Royalton by Veronica Webb is designed for the woman who is wildly stylish and totally practical. My prints are inspired by the colors of my children's paintings and the elegant flowing shapes are influenced by the timeless femininity of the kimono.
Q: How does your personal style influence your new fashion line?
A: I think lifestyle is style. I'm a busy working mother who know's that I want to look elegant and do it easily. Less is more. Flowing shapes in natural fabrics that are light and airy for summer and that layer easily over sweaters for the winter make my wardrobe so much more versatile and valuable when I'm buying accessories or traveling.
