Farrah Abraham will soon star in a set of new movies.
Although it has yet to be revealed what movies she will be seen in, Abraham recently confirmed that she's heading to the big screen and hoping to become a main-stream star.
"I am definitely in some movies right now that'll be out shortly," Abraham revealed during a recent interview on Xtreme Radio, via a June 19 report by Wetpaint Entertainment. "I am very excited, maybe it will be a major box office who knows?"
According to Abraham's IMDb page, the only projects she's been involved with this year are "Farrah 2: Backdoor And More," an appearance on "Inside Edition" and a "Teen Mom" special. Typically, when movies are going to be out "shortly," they are listed on the talent's IMDb page well in advance. In fact, they are typically listed as soon as they go into production, which makes Abraham's claim a little strange.
If Abraham's movie deals don't come to fruition, it won't be the first time Abraham has seemingly lied about her future plans. In a 2012 interview, Abraham claimed to have bought a restaurant in Iowa, which she said, at the time, would be opening a short while later. She also claimed in the same interview to be working on a spinoff about her life as a mom. Two years later, neither of these things have happened, and while Abraham is allegedly now planning to open a restaurant in Austin, Texas this October, it's a little hard to believe her -- given her track record.
The only thing that Abraham seems to be continuing to do is work on her adult career. From toys for men to toys for women to books, Abraham seems to have found her niche, but with a young daughter, her career path is a bit cringe-worthy and terribly scary for little Sophia.
Hopefully, Abraham's movie and restaurant plans will pan out. That would be something she and her daughter could be proud of.
