Earlier this summer, Farrah Abraham was admitted to rehab after being charged with a DUI. Although there have been countless rumors stating the “Teen Mom” was kicked out of rehab, she continues to insist that is not the case and, on August 27, she opened up about her rehab stay.
According to Hollywood Life, Farrah Abraham said:
“I wasn’t really there for rehab. I was there to complete 60 hours of extensive therapy for my DWI, which I’m now on probation for because I completed everything. I did complete those hours, I did an outstanding job. I really enjoy therapy and counseling because who doesn’t like self-improvement? But I did not get kicked out.”
Of all people, Michael Lohan was the person saying the “Teen Mom” was kicked out of the Lukens Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Reportedly, Farrah Abraham was argumentative with other patients and rude to the staff.
Did the therapy really help turn her life around? According to another interview that the former “Teen Mom” did, she stated that, at 16-years-old, she wishes she had known what companies to stay away from. Could she have been referring to MTV?
MTV is the only actual network that Farrah Abraham has had a show on so it seems only likely that is what she meant. She also stated that she is “over the whole “Teen Mom”” thing and that is evident in the endeavors that she is now pursuing.
