Farrah Abraham is likely known for her poor life choices, and being a snobby reality TV star. On Jan. 8 Radar Online shares that Farrah has finally come clean about how doing a sex-tape with adult film star, James Deen, has "ruined her life."

This season of "Couple's Therapy" Farrah Abraham is doing the show solo in an attempt to figure out what is wrong with her when it comes to making choices in her life. One of the biggest choices that she made, and likely the worst decision of all, was her sex-tape, which she touted as being a celebration of her femininity and body. When asked, Farrah claims if she had it all back to do it again, she wouldn't.

Farrah told InTouch Weekly;

“It made it hard to have friends and a private life and to trust family, who I feel use me for money.”

She says that it was overwhelming to know that everyone that wanted to could see her raunchy tape and she didn't want to show her face or even pick up the phone. If that was really the case, then Farrah spent a lot of time continuing to make poor choices as she started her own line of adult toys made from her lady parts after selling her video with James Deen to Vivid Entertainment.

Now, Farrah is singing a different song, claiming that therapy has been helpful for her and has taught her something about her own self worth. She says that therapy taught her that she's better than sex tapes. Now, she hopes that she will be a better role model to her young daughter, and can show her all of the things not to do.

Perhaps Dr. Jenn Berman knocked some sense into her thick, narcissistic skull?
